Ryan began his career in financial planning with Freedom 55 Financial in 2015 in the small community of Nestor Falls, ON. He shifted his business to Winnipeg in 2018 ahead of the arrival of his daughter Emma.  Having worked closely with Gerry and Bob, the next logical step from their mentorship led to Ryan officially joining the Hodson Financial team in 2019. Ryan specializes in retirement, investment and insurance planning with individuals, families, and business owners.   

Ryan, Christie, and their daughter Emma cherish their time at the lake, hiking, camping, and many other outdoor activities.  Ryan’s preferred pastime is fishing, having been a fishing guiding for over 20 years both in the Lake of the Woods area and in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut in the high arctic.
